The Catalina 36 MKII named "Felix" is available for purchase. This popular Catalina model delivers a proven, comfortable, safe and easy to sail cruising yacht. Ready to sail away with near new Yanmar diesel, and the standing and running rigging have recently been replaced.
The two cabin design offers a spacious interior, with a forward V berth, plus a large aft cabin. The large saloon offers plenty of seating, plus the drop-down table converts to an additional double when required. Opposite the saloon table is additional seating which also converts to a couch. The fully equipped galley provides gas cooking, and there is built in refrigeration, plus good bench spaces and storage.
Up top, the roomy cockpit provides plenty of seating, plus the walk-through transom provides convenient access when boarding the vessel. The cockpit is fully covered with spray dodger, bimini and removable infill.
Power comes from a near new 2021 model Yanmar diesel with less than 200 hours as of December 2024. The standing rigging and turnbuckles were replaced in 2022. The halyards were replaced in 2022, and the headsail and mainsail sheets were replaced 2023. Receipts are available.
Hood mainsail and headsail are included. Navigation equipment includes autopilot, B&G chartplotter, and a range of Raymarine data displays. AIS and VHF are included. A 2021 Highfield alloy hull tender, plus Yamaha outboard, are included.
